The Managed Hardware Assets not Discovered report shows the assets that you have entered into the IT Asset Management Pack, but which have not been discovered on the network by Configuration Manager. An asset that has not been discovered refers to a computer hardware asset, which is not linked to a windows CI or not linked to a CI that has a Last Inventory Date prior to the Last Inventoried Before report parameter.
Use the parameters section at the top of the report to filter by the following:
Life Cycle Status
Model
Location
Cost Center
Not Scanned Since: Select this parameter to show the assets not discovered on the network since a particular date. All assets that were discovered prior to the date selected, and not since, are included in the report.
The report has the following columns:
Asset Tag: The asset tag from the CI linked to the asset.
Serial Number: The serial number from the CI linked to the asset.
Life Cycle Status: The status of the hardware asset.
Model: The model of the hardware asset.
Computer Name: The display name of the CI linked to the asset.
Assigned To: The individual who has been related to the hardware asset.
